Unresponsive DAW (CUBASE 7 & Higher On Windows)

I'm using Cubase 9 pro, Windows 10, 16GB ram. After I load a 2nd Floppytron on my next track, it starts to hang my DAW. I need to either wait for quite a while or when totally unresponsive, I have to close and reopen again. This happens for the subsequent tracks thereafter. I'm not running any other applications or VSTi.

Go to device panel, under audio settings look if the ASIO guard is on. If it is on , disable it .
