Our automated servers are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you order, your transaction is automatically processed and your download is delivered via email to the original email address that was used to place your order. 

This process usually takes just a few minutes, but in some cases can take up to an hour, depending on the payment method you choose and how quickly the transaction clears.
